What to Expect

02 Agreement

Once aligned, you will review the coaching agreement and complete payment prior to scheduling your first session.

03 Health Questionnaires

(For health coaching clients only)

You will complete integrative health questionnaires, followed by an in-depth 90-minute bio-individual debrief.

04 Coaching Journey

Following the questionnaire debrief, coaching sessions take place bi-weekly for 60 minutes via Zoom.

Monthly 20-minute lifestyle check-ins can be added on top of a 60-minute session.

During this complimentary 30-minute discovery session, we will discuss your goals and clarify expectations. Afterward, we will mutually decide whether to work together.
